albeit a bit windy. Took the time to amble down to Chinatown and get 包子 was was DELICIOUS and hella cheap (2 for $1.60). Sorry no pics, just average looking 包子 anyways, but it was roast pork inside so yummy. They had two kinds, baked and steamed, and I must say, the baked ones are so much better because the skin on the steamed one was too thick and there wasn’t as much meat. So I got those and then sat at a 天仁 to eat because the 包子 place didn’t really have free seating. As usual, I got a pmt w/o sugar less ice…and geez. The tea is really really watered down, typical for TenRen. At least the pearls were acceptable, hahaha. Ate, read, played some sudoku. Good day so far! :) Also because I read some txtbook stuff in the morning….more textbook reading to come, seeing as it is midterms week, but hey, getting a little done feels good.
Did I mention that IT’S SUNNY OUTSIDE. Which makes life ten times better..
…I still want Fantasia, lol. And while Chinatown food is so good and cheap, it’s really a hassle especially if it wasn’t a nice day like today— took me half an hour to walk down there at a leisure pace. Well, it’s worth it.
